Role

Role: Performs various tasks and activities related to inventory control for flight, production and traceability. In addition, may be required to perform the duties of the Production Helper and General Assistant position.

Responsibilities
  • Receive merchandise from inspection.
  • Validate and place received merchandise on shelves and update database.
  • Prepare kits and maintain traceability of used parts.
  • Maintain inventory and distribute consumables.
  • Perform cyclical inventory.
  • Transfer parts between projects.
  • Pack parts.
  • Maintain the store in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Assist with basic incoming inspection (e.g. opening boxes, confirming quantities as per R/S Receipts, ...)
  • Operate appropriate equipment to transport materials.
  • Any other related duties.
Minimum qualifications
  • Secondary school vocational diploma, high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid credentials
  • Basic knowledge of English is an asset (Contact with customers outside Quebec and head office staff in Ontario).
  • Ability to retrieve and enter data using a computer system.
  • Use of production databases.
  • Good knowledge of French.
  • Manual dexterity.
