Job description

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate new store set-ups, renovations, and other projects for Hardgoods, Grocery, and Softgoods areas
- Provide training to store teams and supervisors on merchandising standards in Grocery and Hardgoods
- Photographically document merchandising progress in stores and create a database of photos for future use
- Gather merchandising and strategy information from competitors to identify opportunities for fixtures and merchandising ideas
- Be a community leader and advocate for Employer

Job Requirements:

- Ability to travel to different store locations for projects
- Ability to be away from home for the duration of the project (1-4 weeks depending on project)
- Hands-on experience with tools
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage a team
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational, analytical, and trouble-shooting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus
