Store Operations Coordinator - Ville St. Laurent (Office-first)

The Opportunity

Are you an operational pro who loves making things run like clockwork? As Store Operations Coordinator, you’ll partner with the Director of Store Operations to build a world-class retail environment. You’ll be the hands‑on expert establishing SOPs and training our teams on the daily essentials—replenishment, inventory, maintenance, and e‑commerce. If you're ready to turn operational strategy into store‑level success, we want to hear from you!

Your Daily Adventures
  • Draft clear, time‑sensitive store communications and own the retail planning calendar to keep teams aligned.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and training tools to ensure operational excellence.
  • Translate all operational assets and resources into French to support seamless execution across our Quebec locations.
  • Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement projects from initial ideation through to implementation.
  • Analyze field data, survey responses, and compliance metrics to provide leadership with actionable performance reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily store requests, bridging the gap between corporate strategy and store‑level needs.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for new technology rollouts, ensuring new tools integrate smoothly into existing store workflows.
  • Manage operational expenses and supply accounts, and provide on‑site coordination for New Store Openings.
Your Toolkit
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record in retail operations, with a solid understanding of industry‑standard processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and excel under pressure within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Storeforce a strong asset.
  • Dedicated team player with a demonstrated ability to work effectively and harmoniously with others.
  • Fully bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
