• Piercing Excellence: Join our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Become a trusted guide for customers—conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
• Store Operations: Oversee store operations with efficiency and flair. Manage inventory, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to reflect the fun and joy of Claire's.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop your team. Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results and help team members reach their full potential.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products with enthusiasm, offer fashion-related tips, and ensure the store is well-merchandised reflecting the latest trends and maximizing sales opportunities.

About You

• Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.
• Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers.
• Strong Communication & Selling Skills: You know how to engage customers, build relationships, and close the sale.
• Ability to Work Independently: You're self-motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed.

Job Requirements

• You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
• You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently, contributing to smooth store operations.
• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• You can bend, stoop, extend reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
• You are passionate about providing our customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day.
• You are energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• You are inspired by our values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.
• You possess a strong grasp of mathematics, essential for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.

• You're self-motivated and organized, as some stores may require you to work alone at times.
• You show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends, contributing to enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
