Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Stewarding environment required.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications preferred.
• Knowledge of chemicals and sanitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sanitation of kitchen equipment and tasks assigned.
• Train and supervise the Stewarding team in policies and procedures.
• Provide fast efficient guest service and respond to customer requests.
