A global networking solutions provider is seeking a Channel Systems Engineer to support and enable Ruckus Channel Partners across Canada. This remote position involves technical demos, training, and providing design input to grow strategic customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in pre-sales roles and a degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Bilingual communication and knowledge of Ruckus technologies are essential. This position is remote, requires 50% or more travel, and requires the candidate to reside in Canada, with a preferred location of Ontario or Quebec. Candidates must also be bilingual (English and French).

You will focus on Channel Partner development and enablement for all Ruckus Channel Partners in Canada, supporting two Partner Account Managers, one in Montreal and one in Vancouver. As a System Engineer, you will perform technical demos, proof of concept trials, technical training, provide design input and review, solution‑focused selling and positioning to all levels of decision‑makers, and deliver presentations for customers, partners, prospects, and events. To be successful, you will have strong technical skills, industry knowledge, and excellent experience as a customer or partner‑facing Systems Engineer. Knowledge of the Ruckus wireless and wired portfolio and related technologies is preferred, along with a proficient understanding of pre‑sales engineering and sales processes, including critical account management.
The successful candidate will be a proficient self‑starter with strong technical skills, in‑depth industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills with proven experience as a customer or partner‑facing Systems Engineer. The preferred candidate will also possess working knowledge of the RUCKUS wireless and wired portfolio and related technologies.
