Overview

The Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) organization is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Technical with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs.

The roles require scoping, developing processes, coordinating, benefits analysis and driving execution, and communicating to Senior Leaders on status, risks and process/product changes.

Responsibilities
  • As a Product Manager - Technical, you are the end-to-end owner of your product's vision, strategy, and execution. You will define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, program managers, and other product owners. You will drive day-to-day product development from design through to release. Your product requirements are concise, with clear, measurable success criteria. You are an effective negotiator, make smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality, and drive appropriate schedules. You use data to influence our business strategy and technical priorities, and escalate when necessary without damaging relationships. You represent your products and the product team and are comfortable communicating with senior executives as well as with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
