ASR Group/Redpath Sugar offers 1-2 years program called the Canadian Centre of Excellence which is designed to bring international professionals with experience in the sugar industryup to ASR standards.
A career as Sr. Process Engineer with ASR Group will add new skills, both technical and managerial. Ideally, the candidate has a qualification in chemical engineering and a minimum of eight years experience in a supervisory and/or technical position at a sugar refinery or factory. The successful candidates will have support and mentorship from process team members, company leaders and technical subject matter experts.
