A leading AI technology firm in Toronto is seeking a hybrid AI hardware engineer to write core system code, integrate hardware and software, and collaborate closely with firmware engineers. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in low-level programming and debugging across hardware. This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $100k to $500k, based on experience and skills.

This role ishybrid, based out of Toronto, Canada.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
