Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Canada is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end machine learning development. You'll partner with stakeholders to define and solve impactful business problems and deploy production-grade ML solutions within a fintech/insurtech ecosystem. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in data science, strong skills in Python, R, SQL, and MLOps experience. This role also involves mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science experience with full lifecycle ownership.
• Strong Python/R, SQL, and modern ML frameworks.
• Cloud deployment and MLOps experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts.
• Exposure to insurance or financial services preferred.
