Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the auto and RV wash facility, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Plan, organize and evaluate day‑to‑day workflow, staffing levels and customer service standards to maintain consistent store performance.
- Supervise cashiers, assign daily duties, monitor work performance and provide ongoing direction to staff during all operating hours.
- Handle customer service issues, resolve complaints, and address service or supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory of cleaning products, retail items and operational supplies; place orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
- Determine appropriate services and retail products to offer based on customer demand and operational needs.
- Assist in setting service pricing and apply promotional or discount strategies when required.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and provide regular operational reports to the business owner.
- Identify staffing needs, participate in recruitment, conduct interviews and oversee onboarding and training of new employees.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and implement corrective or improvement plans when necessary.
- Administer payroll processes including time tracking, schedule approvals and submission of payroll data.
- Coordinate repair requests, schedule equipment maintenance and communicate with technicians to ensure all machinery remains operational and safe.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of related experience at increasing level of responsibility is required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
