What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems, including RIS, PACS, and vendor-neutral archives (VNA)
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and IT staff to resolve system-related issues and optimize workflows
- Analyze and effectively troubleshoot technical problems to minimize system downtime and patient care impact
- Manage DICOM, HL7, and other interoperability standards to ensure seamless system integration
- Document troubleshooting activities and solutions to maintain accurate records and develop technical documentation for client use

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT applied to healthcare, preferably in radiology system support
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Practical knowledge of Linux architecture is essential
- Experience with scripting or automation for system administration (PowerShell, Bash, Python)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco) are desirable
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud-based medical imaging solutions and telemedicine technologies
- Proficiency in French is a valuable asset
