Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily communication with the Program Manager and Associate Program Manager regarding ongoing projects
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of rare disease programs and their funding mechanisms
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to prepare submissions for prescription drug coverage
  • Navigate complex processes to secure reimbursement for life‑saving medications
  • Report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments
Qualifications
  • University degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, insurance, or healthcare industries
  • Previous experience in reimbursement and knowledge of public, private, and federal reimbursement processes
  • Minimum of three years in a customer service role, or five years as a Senior Reimbursement Specialist
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required

  • Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical or insurance industry
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients on sensitive topics
  • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities
