What you’ll do

• Deliver services such as massages, facials, manicure, pedicure, make up application, hair removal, and other melt services (as appropriate and required)
• Explain products and services to guests as required
• Conduct consultations with guests on best treatment options and services
• Setup and takedown of esthetics rooms after performing services
• Ensure your treatment room is set up with the required equipment and items for your services
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Respond to queries raised by clients and escalate any issues as appropriate
• Possess a strong understanding on business operations and service offerings
• Additional duties as required
