Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about sales, as well as health and well-being. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services. With over 400 locations, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.

We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership-driven environment are ideal but not required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
2. Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership-driven environment
3. Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
4. Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
5. Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
6. Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
7. Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
8. Display a positive, energetic attitude
