  2. Maintain Earls standards with exceptional food quality. Manage food ordering, cost control, and quality assurance.
  3. Be a problem solver and team player. Use your multitasking and communication skills to address challenges and make decisions.
  4. Enhance guest experience. Demonstrate culinary passion through perfect execution and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of culinary experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience.

  • Food Safe Level 1 certification is a plus.
