Guests are surrounded by breathtaking vistas, luxurious accommodations, and treated each evening to a high-end 4-course dinner crafted by our talented culinary team. We are dedicated to delivering an unforgettable dining experience that reflects the magic of our Rocky Mountain setting.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to work closely with our Head Chef in guiding the culinary program at our hotel. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and professionalism to the role, helping ensure our guests enjoy a dining experience that enhances their stay. You will support daily operations, help lead a small and dedicated kitchen team, and contribute to the high standards of excellence that we are known for.
You will also assist in providing healthy, creative meals for our staff of 24.
