Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of on-site HSE experience in solar PV or large-scale renewable EPC projects.
• Proven audit, risk assessment, and incident investigation skills.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HSSE aspects throughout the lifecycle of solar PV projects.
• Develop and implement site-specific HSSE Plans aligned with ISO 45001.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and facilitate audits.
