Job description
Overview

We are seeking a skilled IBM DataPower Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable integration solutions using IBM WebSphere DataPower Gateway. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DataPower, XML technologies, API security, and integrations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure integration solutions using IBM DataPower Gateway.
  • Develop and maintain XSLT transformations, XML schemas, and WSDLs.
  • Configure secure gateways using SSL/TLS, OAuth, and SAML.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize DataPower services for high performance.
  • Experience in performance tuning, error handling, and logging frameworks within DataPower.
  • Monitor and tune services using tools such as DPOD, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
  • Use CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket) for automated deployments.
  • Manage code using Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Work with WTX (WebSphere Transformation Extender) for data transformation.
  • Validate APIs using SoapUI and Postman.
  • Collaborate in Agile teams and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
  • Provide pager/on‑call support on a rotational basis to ensure high availability and timely issue resolution.
