Job Description

Seeking a senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and enterprise applications supporting Client (including Bill 5 projects).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications and data pipelines (ETL).
• Translate technical specifications into functional, tested solutions.
• Troubleshoot, support deployments, migrations, and post-implementation issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate front-end UI with backend services.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG 2.0 AA).

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java and/or Angular development.
• Strong experience with:
  • Java frameworks: Liberty, Spring
  • JPA (Hibernate/EclipseLink), JAX-RS, JDBC
  • WebSocket, AngularJS
  • Windows Exchange Web Services (EWS) API
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases (scripting, design, data modelling).
• Experience in application design, code review, debugging, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, CI/CD, and web architecture.

Nice to Have

• Public sector/OPS experience.
• Knowledge of RAD methodologies and middleware tools.
• Experience conducting design walkthroughs and documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
