Job Title: Bilingual Social Media Community Manager – Remote (Canada)

About The Client: Inner Circle Agency is recruiting on behalf of a fast-scaling North American marketing agency. The team has doubled in size over the last year, with major growth ahead, and is now leading the launch of a new subscription-based energy product in the Canadian market. The brand’s first rollout is set for Toronto, with Quebec expansion close behind, making bilingual engagement a core priority. Backed by one of the world’s largest corporations, this launch is moving fast: multiple hires are being made in the next 3–6 weeks.

The Opportunity: As Social Media Community Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day voice of this new brand online. Your focus: keep communities active, responsive, and excited about the product. From TikTok to Instagram to YouTube, you’ll be the link between the brand and its audience, working closely with a strategist and creative team to ensure every interaction feels authentic.

Responsibilities
  • Run daily posting and engagement across major social platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in English and French
  • Maintain a clear, consistent brand voice that feels native to each platform
  • Flag risks, opportunities, or insights from community conversations
  • Keep posting schedules on track and ensure assets go live as planned
  • Report back on engagement trends and community sentiment
Qualifications / Exigences
  • 2–4 years of social media or community management experience (CPG, consumer, or lifestyle brands a strong plus)
  • Bilingual written and spoken fluency in English and French
  • Knowledge of community culture on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communicator

  • Experience with Shopify or eCommerce brands
