A powerhouse new energy brand is ready to make waves and we need a community pro to spark the conversation. We’re looking for a Social Media Community Manager to be the brand’s voice across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. You’ll partner closely with a Senior Social Media Content Strategist and a full creative studio, ensuring every interaction feels on-brand, human, and unforgettable.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage daily social posts and keep content on schedule.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and community posts in English and French.
  • Keep the brand voice consistent and authentic.
  • Track trends, monitor community sentiment, and flag key issues.
  • Share feedback and insights to improve future content.
  • Help grow an active and loyal community from day one.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in social or community management, preferably with consumer or CPG brands.
  • Experience growing and engaging online communities.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Know how TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube communities work.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple channels.
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, community-first attitude.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Shopify-based or eCommerce brands.
  • Familiarity with social listening / community tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Khoros).
  • Background supporting a brand launch or rapid scale-up.
