APIs are transforming the way companies do business. As a MuleSoft Account Executive, you will partner with organizations to drive complex digital transformation strategies using our API Connectivity via the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will work directly with C-level executives and collaborate with an account team to achieve customer business objectives.

Our MuleSoft Small Business segment targets customers with 1-200 employees. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse customers, along with personalized training and career growth opportunities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing customers and new leads to develop strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers.
  • Identify opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
  • Close opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new logos.
  • Present MuleSoft solutions tailored to customer needs, differentiating from competitors based on industry trends and personas.
  • Manage a high volume of accounts and sales activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 2 years in the field demonstrating success.
  • Experience managing a large portfolio, including growing existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
  • Proven success selling to C-suite executives (CIOs, CTOs) in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience selling technical platforms and understanding the API market.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to strategize with extended teams.
  • Relevant experience from extracurricular leadership, military, volunteer roles, or work history will be considered.

Preferred Locations:

  • Near Toronto hub
  • 4 days on-site per week
