About Our Client

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Mid-Rise Superintendent to join their team. Our client is reputable throughout Ontario and Alberta.

Job Description
  • Oversee the entire construction process of the mid-rise development, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards and project timelines.
  • Manage and supervise the construction of mid-rise projects
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Oversee on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and quality on-site.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare progress reports, update project schedules, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make decisions to keep projects on track.
