Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the restaurant operations: schedulework assignments, setpriorities, direct the workflow of staff
• Give clear directions and communicationto crew members
• Ensure all operational/safety procedures arefollowed: audits, temperature checks and required record keeping.
• Process comps/voids/discounts using the Shift Leader approval procedures.
• Ability to step in to any position.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints or issues.
• Resolve/document employee issues for management following guidelines
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Must be able to workevenings, weekends and some holidays.
