• Five years of Distribution experience (3PL experience is an asset).
• At least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a 3PL Operations role.
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule labor requirements for the shift.
• Conduct shift briefings to communicate relevant information.
• Assign and follow up tasks with warehouse staff.
• Monitor and report departmental performance via KPI tracking.
• Maintain close interaction with customers.
