Are you a seasoned professional in the Ag Service Department with a knack for leadership and customer satisfaction? We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Service Team Lead.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of work through the Service Department from customer interactions through to repair completion and invoicing.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to uphold high labour performance standards by increasing service labour sales and technician productivity.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction rating by ensuring quality service delivery and resolving customer concerns effectively.
