Your qualifications

• Have a high level of Romanian (written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
• Have 1 year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service
• Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
• Are able of understanding the policies, procedures, and warranties and you are familiar with market geography
• Are empowered to make independent decisions with strong documentation skills
• Are skilled in resolving issues, and providing solution
