Responsibilities

• Supervise all activities and resources in the Service Centre, including performance management.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Maintain a clean production facility incorporating lean practices.
• Ensure all production activities meet quality standards.
• Oversee repairs production processes and use of digital tools.
• Assess repair jobs and prepare budgets and schedules.
• Create and organize shop floor production schedules.
• Monitor production activities and resolve issues.
