Primary Responsibilities

• Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles; finalize sales and complete customer follow up
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom
• Participate in all safety initiatives as required or assigned to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff on the road site or field
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

• Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Drivers Abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
