Hourly Wage Range: $19.65-$23.00 plus performance bonus!

What You’ll Be Up To

• Welcome customers like old friends—because they are!
• Handle vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups like a pro.
• Park and retrieve cars (yes, you get to drive them!).
• Do walkarounds, record concerns, tag keys, and prep vehicles for service.
• Keep things sparkling—coordinate car washes, sanitize vehicles, help with snow clearing in winter.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with customers—updates, service needs, next steps.
• Support the service team and keep schedules on track.
• Keep learning and leveling up with ongoing training.
• Be the go-to person who makes the customer experience smooth and stress-free.

What You Bring To The Table

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (bonus points if you can handle a manual!).
• People skills for days—friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in others.
• Organized and reliable—you know how to manage your time and get stuff done.
• Flexible and able to work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Previous automotive or service advisor experience is a big asset.
