Job Responsibilities
  • Complete assessments using various methods
  • Create individualized programming and materials related to the client's needs and goals
  • Develop, coach, and consult on skill acquisition and behaviour reduction plans
  • Collect, record, and analyze data to be used to evaluate client progress and program evaluation
  • Establish collaborative relationships with colleagues, families, and community partners to provide coaching and consultation and document contact
  • Accurately update and maintain data collection systems and session notes
  • Write reports with the able to meet deadlines
  • Oversee program implementation of Instructor Therapists
  • Participate in new staff training as required
  • Participate in team meetings as required
  • Report to Clinical Supervisor; seek clinical supervision regularly and as needed
  • Adhere to agency policies and procedures

  • Ability to provide coaching and consultation on ABA methods

Education and Experience

  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
