What you'll be doing?

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Test/Product Engineers, fostering their professional growth and delivering comprehensive technical solutions for yield improvement, device offload, and test program development/validation.

Technical Excellence: Oversee setup/hardware correlation and qualification activities, driving innovative solutions for wafer sort and final test processes to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.

Advanced Analytics: Spearhead system algorithm optimization and advanced analytics implementation, utilizing data‑driven approaches to enhance testing processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Project Management: Manage cross‑functional project timelines with customers and internal stakeholders, chairing Test/Product Engineering meetings and representing the team in critical customer discussions.

Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for quality and productivity enhancement in Test Operations/QA, driving organizational excellence through additional leadership duties as assigned.

Other Information

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:15pm

Salary: Basic $4500‑$6000 + AWS + VB
