Our client offers a wide portfolio of technology and solutions, including IC test program design, front‑end engineering test, wafer probe, wafer bump, substrate design and supply, wafer‑level package, flip chip, system‑in‑package, and final test. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Test/Product Engineers, fostering their professional growth and delivering comprehensive technical solutions for yield improvement, device offload, and test program development/validation.
Technical Excellence: Oversee setup/hardware correlation and qualification activities, driving innovative solutions for wafer sort and final test processes to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
Advanced Analytics: Spearhead system algorithm optimization and advanced analytics implementation, utilizing data‑driven approaches to enhance testing processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Project Management: Manage cross‑functional project timelines with customers and internal stakeholders, chairing Test/Product Engineering meetings and representing the team in critical customer discussions.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for quality and productivity enhancement in Test Operations/QA, driving organizational excellence through additional leadership duties as assigned.
Educational Background: Degree in any engineering field, providing a strong technical foundation for understanding complex test processes, product development, and advanced manufacturing systems in high‑tech environments.
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a cleanroom environment, demonstrating deep understanding of precision manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Leadership Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities, combined with a proven track record and passion for fostering collaborative teamwork environments.
Communication Excellence: Good leadership of technical teams, clear stakeholder communication, and successful representation in customer‑facing discussions.
Professional Attributes: Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire teams, drive results, and maintain high standards in fast‑paced technical environments.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:15pm
Salary: Basic $4500‑$6000 + AWS + VB
