• Follow Agile principles, focusing on demoing working code, work breakdown structures, continuous integration, and Kanban
• Translate wireframes or whiteboard ideas into integrated, functional code through iterative development
• Estimate effort levels for proposed architectures and solutions
• Adhere to US Pacific time schedules
• Develop project and database architecture
• Report directly to the CTO
• Participate in hiring future team members
• Travel for business to the USA
