We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on infrastructure and proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role involves collaborating with other engineers to ensure our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure.

This role is based 5 days per week onsite at our Vancouver office in Yaletown.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions using AWS services
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of infrastructure
• Collaborate with software development teams for seamless application deployment
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues
• Implement best practices for security and compliance
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident management

Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience as a Software Engineer focusing on infrastructure
• Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar
• Familiarity with CI / CD practices and tools
• Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and cloud architecture

Salary Range :

CAD $140,000 - $180,000, benchmarked across Canadian locations, based on skills and experience.
