A healthcare provider is seeking a Band 7 Senior Sister/Charge Nurse for its Women's Health Unit. The ideal candidate will have significant clinical and leadership experience, with a strong ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in the Women's Health Unit at the Royal Victoria Infirmary. The Unit specialises in Gynaecology and offers a comprehensive range of outpatient and day-case treatments for gynaecological conditions. The successful candidate must have experience leading or managing a team at Sister/Charge Nurse level. They must have excellent clinical and leadership skills, and be able to communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team and work well in a team.
