- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed annual sales quotas in assigned territories (Canada and the USA).
- Arrange and lead sales appointments with key retail buyers; consistently SELL, SELL, SELL.
- Conduct compelling presentations that clearly communicate product value and drive purchase decisions.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and retailer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Analyze account performance and recommend ways to increase sales volume and profitability.
- Proactively identify and engage potential new retail partners to grow distribution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in hosiery, footwear, children's apparel/accessories, or baby products.
- Strong existing relationships with mass merchants, department stores, club warehouses, and specialty retail chains.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Post-secondary education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
