Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed annual sales quotas in assigned territories (Canada and the USA).
• Arrange and lead sales appointments with key retail buyers; consistently SELL, SELL, SELL.
• Conduct compelling presentations that clearly communicate product value and drive purchase decisions.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and retailer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Analyze account performance and recommend ways to increase sales volume and profitability.
• Proactively identify and engage potential new retail partners to grow distribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in hosiery, footwear, children's apparel/accessories, or baby products.
• Strong existing relationships with mass merchants, department stores, club warehouses, and specialty retail chains.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Post-secondary education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
