Overview

CoLab Software is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team as the go-to expert for revenue reporting, analysis, and insights. You will collaborate directly with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and the executive team to deliver accurate, actionable data and use it to shape business direction.

About CoLab

CoLab is a cloud-based platform purpose-built for fast, effective design review. Using CoLab, multiple engineers, designers, and other stakeholders can review designs together and build off one another\'s feedback. Companies like Ford, Komatsu, and Johnson Controls use CoLab to review designs faster, prevent mistakes, and build the next generation of innovative products.

Role and Responsibilities

• Immediate impact – Improve the rigor, accuracy, and depth of our current reporting and inspection.
• Long-term build – Define metrics, standardize reporting, and design scalable processes for projects like territory design and capacity planning.
• Own end-to-end revenue reporting - across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance
• Conduct deeper analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes, delivering clear recommendations to stakeholders and execs
• Define, document, and maintain company-wide metric definitions and data governance standards
• Champion larger data-driven projects, such as territory management / design, capacity planning, and revenue forecasting improvements
• Build scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Collaborate with RevOps leadership to improve inspection processes and proactively address performance risks
• Act as a technical and analytical resource for cross-functional teams, advising on data best practices and feasibility

What you\'ll need (Qualifications)

• 3–5 years in a Revenue, Business, Insights, or FP&A Analyst role (SaaS preferred)
• Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake or BigQuery preferred)
• Intermediate Python or R skills
• Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
• Hands-on Salesforce experience
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
• Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders

Nice to have

• Exposure to other RevOps tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, HubSpot, Clari)
• Experience in SaaS B2B, especially supporting GTM teams
• Familiarity with revenue forecasting and territory planning
