We are looking for a Sales Leader that is passionate about the Nike Brand and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products for Authenticator partners.
A successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of sneaker culture, boutique retail and premium consumer behavior, with a strong knowledge of product and business trends. You thrive in fast-paced environments, build meaningful relationships, and bring sharp marketplace instincts. You’re a strategic thinker who can interpret data, influence partners, and ensure that the Nike brand shows up powerfully across Canada’s Authenticator accounts.
You will manage Authenticator partner portfolios across Canada, aligning with seasonal priorities and distribution strategy, maintaining deep knowledge of sneaker culture, and serving as Nike’s primary contact for partners while overseeing financial performance and account health.
You will lead go-to-market execution with partners, deliver impactful seasonal product presentations and assortments and ensure accurate forecasting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Canada and the US, identify growth opportunities, monitor marketplace performance, and provide timely reporting.
You will meet all deadlines in a timely and consistent manner while maintaining positive relationships with the retailers and cross-functional partners.
The successful candidate will join the Authenticator team based in Toronto and manage a specific Nike portfolio of authenticator accounts. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Authenticators Canada.
You will work cross functionally with Nike teammates in merchandising, marketing, planning, finance, and operations to help support the partners. Additionally, you’ll work with Nike NBHD, Style Specialty & Energy teams across North America.
The annual base compensation for this position generally ranges from 85K to 98K. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
