Our public sector client required a Senior Reliability cleared Technical Writer to support with developing content and integrating a ServiceNow agent to ensure seamless functionality and user-friendly content. The resource will be required to provide advice and guidance on current web pages and documents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define the current state environment.
• Translate business objectives into requirements using analysis and modeling tools.
• Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives, an develop options analysis for solutions.
• Document help text, user manuals, technical documentation, web page content, etc.
• Review documentation standards and the existing project documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders contributing to the design and development of high-quality business solutions

Must have
