We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant—an experienced recruiter with a proven track record and an existing book of business. This role offers flexibility to work on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid model, and is ideal for a driven professional ready to leverage their network and expertise to deliver results.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of client relationships, manage full-cycle searches, and grow business in your area of expertise. You will work closely with clients to understand their talent needs, attract top candidates, and provide strategic hiring solutions. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and consultative recruitment in a high-performing team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment.
  • Leverage and expand your existing network and book of business to generate new client opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and consultative guidance.
  • Source, attract, and assess top talent, ensuring quality and fit for client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and business development targets.
  • Accurately maintain candidate and client activity.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as a recruiter with the ability to bring a book of business.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
