We are looking for a talented Talent Attraction Manager to partner with our X practice. The role will require strategic and creative thinking, alongside tactical execution. By leveraging your network, developing knowledge of the industry and our clients\' hiring needs, you are someone who will effectively match candidates with opportunities to enhance their professional and personal success.
Fluency in English is essential for this position, in order to draft bilingual job descriptions, assess candidates\' oral and written English skills, and communicate and collaborate with stakeholders outside Quebec. The role requires recruitment support mainly for the Greater Montreal area, however, national support may be required during busy periods.
