Responsibilities

• Be the Eyes and Ears of Quality: Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to fully understand the project — from big-picture goals to technical implementation.
• Create Bulletproof Test Plans: Design thoughtful, edge‑case‑ready test plans and test cases that don’t leave room for surprises.
• Test, Retest, and Test Again: Execute thorough manual and/or automated testing to ensure every release meets the highest standards.
• Champion Bug Resolution: Clearly document bugs, communicate with the dev team, and follow through until every issue is resolved.
• Keep Projects on Track: Flag risks, timelines, and blockers early — and help keep momentum moving forward.
• Document Everything: Maintain detailed test documentation and reports that keep the team aligned and audit-ready.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years in a QA or software testing role.
• Strong foundation in software testing theory and practice.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira.
• Comfort with at least one automated testing framework or language (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and a solution‑oriented mindset.
