Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the Exchange team as a QA Analyst. As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role performing testing of our ecosystem Exchange. The ecosystem Exchange is Web based with some parts that run on mobile and embedded proprietary equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• As part of a SCRUM team, contribute to the development of Exchange ecosystem, mainly the mobile application.
• Design and perform manual and automated test cases to validate the different features.
• Identify edge cases and good acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Write detailed descriptions of issues found during testing and discuss them with the team.
• Investigate to address and solve functional and performance deficiencies.
• Design automated test cases in gitlab environment using mainly the BDD strategy.

Must Have

• University degree, or equivalent job experience
• Aiming for 5+ years QA testing in a high technology environment
• Autonomy and Resourcefulness
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in mobile application testing is a must
• Experience in the telecommunications field is an asset
• Experience with product management tools such as gitlab.com is a plus
• Certification in Agile or Scrum is desirable but not required
• Bilingual French and English
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
