As the Senior Project Officer, you will form part of a dynamic team responsible for driving the development and improvement of internal and external information resources, including policy, legislation, general guidance documents, and process mapping. You will also collaborate across operational areas to gather data, create meaningful analysis tools such as PowerBI dashboards, and prepare reports that support the government’s transparency objectives. Drawing on your experience in research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement, you will play a vital role in delivering sustainable solutions and recommendations that enhance processes and deliver tangible improvements for the Department and our customers.
You will bring to the team your expertise in preparing clear, tailored reports on complex issues, along with your ability to consult and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the Department and wider government, industry, and the community. Your capability to present information confidently and participate in forums and working groups will ensure you make a meaningful impact.
