You Will
•Lead the charge of Agile services delivery for clientsʼ cloud transformation journeys
•Help the team adopt and improve agile methods and practice that lead to the successful delivery of services
•Assist in team development and holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks, and leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
•Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team
•Manage project timelines, budgets, and maintain costs to remain within or under budget
•Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
•Facilitate internal communications and be the point of contact with external stakeholders
•Estimate and track project velocity, costs, develop resource plans and work to assess potential issues and risk
•Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams implement changes effectively
•Ensure deliverables are up to high-quality standards at the end of each sprint/release
•Identify and provide recommendations for process improvement in the delivery of projects
You Have
•3+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
•Post-Secondary education
•PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
•Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
•Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
•Ability to grasp high-level technical concepts quickly
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
•Strong time management skills
