Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in Product Management focused on payments or financial technology.
• Deep technical understanding of payment infrastructure, including Payment Hosts, Gateways, and Encryption technologies.
• Proven experience working with external partners such as card networks or FinTech innovators.
• Strong Agile expertise with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for Authorization products aligned with Moneris' strategic goals.
• Collaborate with card brands and industry partners to identify trends and innovate.
• Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable.
• Lead an Agile team, managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment.
• Establish clear objectives to measure product success based on data and feedback.
