Job description

As a Senior Product Manager with Amazon Leo in Toronto, ON, you will lead customer lifecycle management for the Canadian market, with ownership of retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This role focuses on defining customer needs, identifying pain points, and shaping end-to-end lifecycle experiences across acquisition, retention, win-back, upgrades, and add-ons.

You will work cross-functionally with Business Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Service, and Field Services, operating with high ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while balancing customer experience and business financials.

In this role, you will own lifecycle strategy and execution for Amazon Leo’s Canadian subscriber base. You’ll analyze customer data and trends, build business cases for new initiatives, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership. You will also own churn forecasting and lead performance reviews with actionable insights.
