A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own key product areas within its platform. The role includes working closely with engineering, data science, and other stakeholders to drive product strategy and implement high-impact features. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on data and customer needs, and will thrive in a remote-first culture that values collaboration and innovation. The anticipated salary range is CAD 145,000 to CAD 165,000.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering Development, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own key product areas across ODAIA’s platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, design, and commercial stakeholders to define product strategy, translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, and deliver high-impact features end to end. This role is ideal for a PM who is comfortable working with data-heavy systems, ambiguous problem spaces, and cross‑functional teams—and who can balance customer needs with platform scalability.
We are a remote-first company with employees in both Canada and the US. Our office hub is located downtown Toronto. Team building, communication and social connectivity are important and we support this with virtual and in-person collaborative work sessions, team meetings and socials.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $145,000.00 to $165,000.00 CAD. This range represents ODAIA’s good-faith estimate based on current market data and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidate’s unique skill set, specialized experience, and relevant certifications. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment. This role is also eligible for health benefits, stock options, and flexible time‑off policies as mentioned above.
