What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work across the TotalPLM platform—delivering high quality and scalable solutions for complex enterprise workflows. You’ll :

  • Own cross-domain design execution with minimal hand-holding—navigating PLM, sourcing, and intelligence layers with agility.
  • Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers across time zones to clarify requirements, uncover edge cases, and align on execution feasibility.
  • Bridge the design–engineering gap by producing clear handoffs and partnering during implementation to uphold design integrity.
  • Contribute to our design system, consolidating and evolving component libraries for scalable, consistent experiences across the platform.
  • Design for AI-powered workflows, working with product and engineering to embed intelligence and improve internal design operations.
  • Break down complex enterprise challenges into testable UX flows while supporting long-term vision and scalability.
  • Work both independently and cross-functionally—leading projects, guiding teammates, and contributing strategic design recommendations.
What You Bring
  • 6+ years in enterprise Product Design experience, ideally across PLM, sourcing, or supply chain platforms.
  • Strong systems thinking—can architect modular, end-to-end workflows spanning multiple tools and applications.
  • Technical fluency—confident working with front-end constraints, understanding design-to-code nuance, and reducing execution risk.
  • Skilled in asynchronous communication, using documentation, design specs, and recorded demos to enable distributed collaboration.
  • A strategic and pragmatic mindset—you’re equally able to dive into pixels or elevate product vision.
  • Bonus: Experience integrating AI tools into user workflows or design processes, as well as working with and implementing design tokens for scalable, consistent design systems.
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Impact at scale: Your work will power the tools used by the world’s largest retailers and brands to design, source, and deliver products faster and smarter.
  • Autonomy with purpose: You’ll own meaningful workstreams, shape best practices, and help elevate product design across the org.
  • Remote-first collaboration: Work with sharp, globally distributed teammates across design, product, and engineering.
  • Supportive, outcome-driven culture: We value trust, transparency, and performance—without micromanagement.
  • Work-Life Balance - supported by programs like Unlimited PTO and Bamboo Rose Fridays

If you’re a systems thinker with strong enterprise design chops and a proactive, independent mindset—we’d love to hear from you.
